inspect swimming pools thoroughly as possible (without dismantling 

equipment).  Our report includes valuable insight into the pool 

chemistry, as well as testing all equipment and valves for basic

function, assessing pool deck, waterline tile, and pool finish.

Our report includes any items that should or could be repaired before

purchasing the home, as well as our current pricing for these repairs,

or if an item needs further inspection by a specialist, or dismantling to determine if equipment can be repaired or needs replacement.
